Back Care 6 Week Program
This class will help with minor stiffness and pain and will concentrate on the spine and core. Anyone with injuries and/or seeking professional help will need permission from that Health Care Professional to attend Yoga classes.
This class will help to mobilise your back, strengthen your core and assist in the management of low level pain.
You are encouraged to work within your limits and enjoy a fun and relaxing class.
Stretch and Relaxation Class
These classes are fun, relaxing and user friendly, designed for every one of us. It incorporates warm ups, which are very informal with lots of movement and music. I can modify the postures and sequences to suit every fitness level. Finishing with relaxation which is always the best bit.
Dru Yoga is a lovely, gentle style of yoga that anyone can do. it is an internationally recognised form of Hatha yoga which I am fully certified to teach.
Balance Yoga is about finding more balance in your life;
- Balance for your Body. Whether you want to improve an area of weakness or injury, improve your riding, improve your flexibility or build up some strength, yoga can help.
- Balance for your Mind. Yoga will help you slow your thoughts down now and then to help you make important decisions, focus on one task at a time, be present in the moment, and learn to think clearly.
- Balance for your Emotions. Wouldn't you like to manage your stress, stay calm most of the time and feel more happy and content. I can show you how.
I am able to come to whatever venue you have, to do some classes for a specific group or need. I can change and modify many postures so that anyone and everyone can do them. All you need to do is ask!
Coming soon I will be running some workshops which will combine Yoga, Positive Psychology, Art Therapy and Equine Therapy.
Why not learn how to become calm and present, and then play with your horse or one of mine and see what develops? Your horse will give you some amazing feedback on how your energy, focus and timing have changed.
