Back Care 6 Week Program
This class will help with minor stiffness and pain and will concentrate on the spine and core. Anyone with injuries and/or seeking professional help will need permission from that Health Care Professional to attend Yoga classes.
This class will help to mobilise your back, strengthen your core and assist in the management of low level pain.
You are encouraged to work within your limits and enjoy a fun and relaxing class.
Stretch and Relaxation Class
These classes are fun, relaxing and user friendly, designed for every one of us. It incorporates warm ups, which are very informal with lots of movement and music. I can modify the postures and sequences to suit every fitness level. Finishing with relaxation which is always the best bit.
